In Year 5/6 they read and researched the story 'The Four Bars' - they then planned and wrote their own newspaper articles.
Greek Legend
In Year 5/6 they read and researched the story 'Daedalus and Icarus' - they created pictures of the minotaur.
Finnish Legend
In Year 3/4 they read the Finnish legend 'Vainamoinen'. They used water colours to create a picture of llmatar.
Hungarian Legend
In Year 3/4 they read the Hungarian legend 'The Sword of God'. They designed their own sword of God.
French Legend
In Year 1/2 the children read the story of 'King Arthur'. They created their own pictures to go with the legend.
